Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our Forex trading platform, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong client relationships while helping them navigate with confidence and clarity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Lead Conversion & Outreach
* Promote our Forex trading platform and services to potential clients
2. Client Engagement & Conversion
* Educate clients on market trends, platform features, and trading strategies
* Stay informed on financial markets, currency movements
3. Onboarding & Relationship Building
* Collaborate with retention and support teams for smooth onboarding
* Manage and nurture client relationships across the Forex portfolio
4. Performance & Market Monitoring
* Drive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
5. Retention & Client Satisfaction
* Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Desired Candidate Profile
* Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferably in Forex, CFD, or financial services
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in English, Arabic
* Knowledge of MT4/MT5 trading platforms is preferred
* Highly motivated and target-driven
